Chemistry FINAL
For your final exam, you will showcase a chemical reaction either through a live demonstration or a recorded video. The project details are located in the document below:
Chemical Reaction Showcase
Use the following resources to research your reaction:
>> In DROPBOX, open the "Videos" folder in the "Chemistry" folder and watch the two videos titled: "Single Displacement" and "Double Displacement". You will need to determine which type of reaction yours is classified as
>> In the purple Glencoe Chemistry text book, use pgs. 287 - 291 for help about single replacement vs double replacement reactions
>> Wikipedia contains information about the Chemical Formulas and names of your Reactants. Simply search the names on the "Reaction #" slip
>> A Basic Reaction Procedure Outline is provided. You must adapt this to your specific reaction.
>> Use a Google search If you are having trouble determining the Products of your reaction
>> Check out this tutorial on Precipitation Reactions
